| How Do I Cancel My Subscription? | A: To cancel your subscription, please log in to your Pay Pal account, locate 'subscriptions', select xSitePro Community and press cancel. Please note: All accounts are returned to the status of 'Registered Member' immediately upon notification of cancellation from Pay Pal. Please do NOT ask me to cancel your subscription... be fair, it's your money, you should look after it. I will not be responsible for your money management. |
| How Do I Download a File? | Having registered your free membership account (this allows us to provide you with a shopping cart etc), navigate to the 'Downloads' section, via the top menu, choose a category and then -
(a) If you are a registered member click on the Buy Now link at the bottom right of the image, or

| How do I install templates? | A: Template installation is very easy.
Once you have unzipped the template, you will find a text file which contains all the information required. In short, all you need to do is copy and paste the zip contents to your xSitePro directory, once you've done this the new template is available for you to choose from within xSitePro alongside all the others - that's it! You'll be up and running in just a few minutes. You may need WinZip (free demo) for unzipping files -> http://www.winzip.com |
| How Many Templates Each Month Do You Add? | A: The number of templates vary greatly. I am unable to offer a specific 'figure' for a number of reasons - the main one being that I don't wish to set limits that for one reason or another beyond my control I am unable to achieve. Since going live xSitePro Community has set out to achieve 'one' objective, and that is to deliver to all subscribing members greater value in terms of templates and files added to the system than that which they contribute as a subscriber - i.e. the value of the templates and files will always exceed the cost the of your subscription :) To date, I have always achieved this... some months have seen a greater release of 'Full Content' sites than others, some months more templates etc... but regardless, each and every month since going live, xSitePro Community has delivered more to it's subscribers... therefore achieving my one aim. |
| How Many Times Can I Download a Template? | A: Purchased Templates are always available for download (well, providing the sites online and not subject to an outage ;) ). xSitePro Community is designed to make virtually all paid for downloads available for a minimum of two months after purchase. |
| How Safe Are My Details? | A: xSitePro Community only records your user-name, password and email. All payment are made via Pay Pal and are not recorded on this site. Unless you subscribe to the monthly newsletter, you will never receive an email from me, nor will I pass on your details to any 3rd party. Passwords are encrypted - even I don't know what your password is. |
| I Can't Register! | A: Having trouble registering? This is normally due to your browsers privacy settings (the way it handles cookies) or... .your firewall is preventing things.... Here's a couple of tips you can try: 1. Empty your browsers web cache and cookies, go back to xSitePro Community, press CTRL+F5 on your keyboard (this forces a refresh) then try registering again. 2. 'If' #1 above doesn't work, then check the privacy levels on your browser / firewall - xSitePro Community must be able to place a cookie in your browser - this is how the system remembers members, their orders etc... |
