Question Answer
Who are EverythingButComputers ?

A: EverythingButComputers is the parent company who operate and manage xSitePro Community's hosting.

We are not related or associated in any way to Intellimon the creators and developers of xSitePro. Details of EverythingButComputers may be found by Clicking Here.

All xSitePro Community support / billing questions forwarded to EverythingButComputers will only be redirected back here to our Help Desk here at xSitePro Community.

What Support is Available?

A: Everyone who purchases a template - 'off the shelf' or 'custom' will receive as much support as I am able, to ensure everything works for them.

All templates are guaranteed to work 100% with xSitePro and if you have a problem - we'll work it out.... All I ask is that you provide proof of purchase when using our online 'Help Desk' system.

Why do you ask for proof of purchase? As you will appreciate, some people ask questions unrelated to xSitePro Community products and services. They simply have a problem with xSitePro or can't manage a certain feature and ask me for help. As much as I would love to help everyone... I simply don't have the time or resources to be able to do so. Nor, being blunt did I create xSitePro and receive your payment for it... Which is why I refer none xSitePro Community related questions to Intellimon the makers of xSitePro support system. My priority os xSitePro Community clients - who will always receive my fullest attention and support.

What is Your Refund Policy?

A: Due to the nature and simplicity of the the products offered, no refunds on any purchases are available. Sorry, but if you don not agree to these terms, please do not purchase from xSitePro Community as I make 'no' exceptions.

If by any small chance you have a defective zip or corrupt file, it will be replaced free of charge to you.

Important: Subscribing members (access all templates for a low monthly subscription) - membership is for a 30 day period and not refundable for any part there-off. Once you cancel your subscription access is withdrawn immediately and no refunds for part unused days are credited or refunded.

What is a 'Complete Web Site' ?

A: Complete web sites are ideal solutions for anyone wishing to either create a fully functional web site for themselves or for resale to their clients.
All 'Complete Web Sites' contain pages and pages of content fully primed with matching keywords, AdSense and the use of xSitePro tokens etc...

What Does "The number of sales are limited per site" mean?

A: This term applies to some templates and indicated the number of times this site will permitted to be sold.

Why do this? As the content and template design is unique, limiting the number of sales enhances uniqueness and if used with possibly AdSense or other sources of revenue generation, enhances the possibility of increasing income. This system gives the buyer(s) additional value, and return on their purchase.

Templates are 'zipped'. How do I unzip them?A: After downloading you will need to unzip some of the files.
(If you do not have an Unzip program you can get a free one here: 7Zip)
Setting Up Google AdsenseIf you already have an adsense account then you can skip the sign up instructions and go straight to the When you have an Adsense Account section below.

Getting An Adsense Account

First of all you need to sign up for an adsense account.

Go to http://www.google.com/ads/ and click on the link on the right hand side which says "For Web Publishers: Google AdSense"

Then click on the button which says "Click Here to Apply"

Follow the signup procedure and in a few days you will receive an email telling you that you have been approved for an AdSense account and that you can now log in.

Until you receive that email you can just use a random number for your AdSense Client ID and follow the rest of these instructions when you receive your e-mail from Google.

You can add adsense boxes to your pages before you get your adsense account because when you do get your proper account you can update the account id and the pages will be automatically updated next time you publish.

When you have an Adsense Account

When you do have an account, log into it by going to http://www.google.com/ads/ and clicking on the Google Adsense link. Once you are in the Adsense Admin system go to the Ad Settings tab.

Scroll all the way to the bottom and you should see a large text box with the instructions "Copy-and-paste this HTML code into your web pages"

All you need to do is find the line which says google_ad_client = "pub-1234567890123456"; and copy the pub-1234567890123456 (including pub- but not the quotes) into the "AdSense Client ID" field in XSite Pro. All of your AdSense boxes will be updated to use the new code and you will start being credited when someone clicks on your adverts.

We strongly suggest that you read https://www.google.com/adsense/policies for details on what you can and can't do with the adsense boxes and draw your attention to the following:

Any method that artificially and/or fraudulently generates clicks is strictly prohibited. These prohibited methods include but are not limited to:

  • Repeated manual clicks
  • Incentives to click
  • Using robots
  • Automated clicking tools

or other deceptive software.

Please note that clicking on your own ads for any reason is prohibited, to avoid potential inflation of advertiser costs.

Problems With a Downloaded File Name?

A: The system operates a 'bulk' and 'single file' upload, not knowing that doing a 'bulk' upload affects the file name - many of the files have been bulk uploaded by me.

What this does is it misses the extension name off the end of the file - to fix this is very easy.... simply download as normal then rename the file adding .zip to the end of it :)

Sorry if this caused any confusion.
